灑店地段適中，門前直走就是古城花鋪廊街，明代鼓樓，非常熱鬧，有大型商場和夜市。附近距大明、洪武門、中都皇城遺址、興龍壽不遠。門前大街自駕打的去鳳陽博物館、明皇陵、歷代帝王廟、鐘樓都很方便。灑店乾淨衞生，設施齊全，大床房雖小，設備配備全。房間空調很給力，製冷很快。前台服務到位。房間免費發放4瓶水、兩小瓶飲料，天熱夠用。早餐15元一位，中西簡餐，有咖啡牛奶。

設施：設備齊全、洗衣機什麼都有，電視劇特別大。
衞生：衞生挺乾淨的
環境：環境挺好的，出門就有吃的
服務：前台辦理入住的時候也特別熱情，
還有咖啡，小糖。挺好的
人性化服務，提出的需求也都幫我們處理了。
有免費的停車位，但是晚點就不寫有車位，但是路邊可以停。周邊玩的，吃的都挺豐富的

房間很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，空調也給力，房間裏還有兩包小零食，兩瓶飲料，謝謝酒店的心意；位置在鳳陽老城區，很熱鬧，吃玩都很方便，附近2km就是中都鼓樓，商業街步行街，1km內有一條美食街，酒店價格也很實惠，前台美女很熱情，必須好評

經常住這家酒店，今天住了個特惠房，沒想到體驗感這麼差，房間特別小，兩個人勉強週轉得開，衞生沒有收拾乾淨桌面上有雙眼皮貼；衞生間馬桶位置特別擠，地漏堵塞洗澡的時候像在河裡還不敢輕易換房，因為會收升房費或者是以我們進了房間為由讓我們付款清掃費（問就是以前被收過）
