這是我住過的最糟糕的酒店！完全沒有一點安全感！
1.因為訂的是高級大床（房間比較大）但是高級大床是在十字路口，汽車聲音多，想換間安靜的，不是十字路口的！但是換過之後我的房間就降級了，1.8m的大床變成了1.5m的小床！前台客服沒有提前説房間類型不同！之後呀就是不斷的換房間，有一次上去了準備入住結果客服把別人已入住的房間分給我了。
2.房間極其不隔音！出去住了這麼多酒店，這個酒店我是1顆星都不想給！進這個酒店就好像是進了**的盤絲洞！❌！提醒各位，如果你第二天有正經事，千萬別住這個酒店！晚上你會聽到各種聲音！最離譜的就是我晚上睡著了！結果被隔壁的打鬧聲給吵醒了！一個女住户在和男朋友説話：嘴裏大罵**，**，還有其他亂七八糟的！真的是什麼污言穢語都能進入你的耳朵！你聽的還是一清二楚。打電話給酒店客服！她告訴我，別人房間的事情，我也不能讓人家不出聲吧！但是我想問！都是住酒店！難道你作為酒店客服就沒有保障其他住户入住體驗的義務嗎？你連提醒他們聲音小點的義務也沒有嗎？為什麼衹保障別人的入住體驗？
3.衞生很不達標，表面上看裝修還有點體面！當天晚上我穿着外套躺了一晚！就這樣的入睡體驗，我隨便去一家都能滿足！我幹嘛選個連鎖酒店！？枕頭套發黃，還有一個污漬點！傳單爛了3個洞！杯罩發黃和傳單是兩個顏色！桌子更臟，有污漬我拿紙巾沾水擦了以後，那顏色真的是好看！馬桶周圍異味很大！牆上也是不明黃色污漬！

跟另外地區的駿怡簡直就是天壤之別！明明是內窗在走廊上卻註明是有窗，房間有異味設施陳舊走廊昏暗。前台沒有服務態度可言，衹顧自己玩手機。現在前台都不需要培訓上崗的嗎？酒店沒有免費停車場！
