"Let me talk about hygiene first. We live in a parent-child room. The children's quilts are found to have a lot of dry milk stains. Have you changed them?
Facilities: I wanted to call to change the quilt, but the phone was still broken. I can call people through the phone left by Trip.com to change it. Besides, TV is very rubbish. Don't say that there is no screen projection, and there is no basic on-demand now.
Breakfast: OK, beef soup is also available, tastes good."

"新酒店環境設備還算不錯，但商旅服務和員工技能態度還是很跟不上，比如住別墅區去公共湯池居然連個接駁車沒有，客人得自己迎着寒風走過去，前台的服務也很不專業，一問三不知衹會往管家身上推，尤其是第二天12.00前就必須退房我感覺很不人性化，住大別墅大多數都是三五好友一起，肯定會玩到很晚的，退房也就算了，前台還不到12.00還會打電話催你，毫無任何服務用語，甚至是非常不禮貌，連個稱呼都沒有，上來就一句你到12點要退房啊，我反問現在12.00了嗎？前台也沒有任何致歉，而是再次重複12.00前要退房，無語至極從來沒見過哪裡的前台這個崗位是這樣語氣講話的，給人極度不專業的感覺。整體環境設備搞得不錯，別毀在這些基礎服務上面瞭然後周邊吃的也很少，點外賣也點不到"

"放假了孩子來毛集玩因為離我工作的近來這裏住的酒店，房間廁所馬桶老化，需要等兩次水按兩次才能沖洗。浴室內稜角太多且尖鋭，地磚太滑孩子摔破了頭，傷口不大特別深，到醫院消毒後鑷子探傷有三四毫米深額頭部位基本到骨頭了，晚上11點多小護士拿不定主意給醫生打電話處理的，包紮後第二天早上皮試後打了破傷風。大半夜的去醫院讓酒店找輛車都不給找給了個號碼讓自己找，因為時間緊張沒等到出租車，自己想辦法去的醫院，沒必要因為孩子的安全而和酒店置氣，除了最一開始讓搞了點碘伏，直到退房酒店時都沒人問一聲。146的價格在鎮上應該不算低了，沒想到是這種情況，挺失望的，沒下次了。"
