連續住兩天，連瓶免費礦泉水都不願意多給，還要收取費用。收取費用就收取吧，好歹是農夫山泉吧，這連啥牌子都不是的礦泉水要收取6元，這什麼礦泉水值3塊一瓶。第一次遇到這樣的連瓶免費礦泉水都不願意贈送的酒店。

反應了多次説沒暖氣晚上別關暖氣，有小孩晚上你們一關第二天小孩感冒這樣節約，就沒意思了。這麼冷的天氣！中央空調不是擺設，一去前台回覆台詞一樣統一回復師傅在維修呢，下次你就説老闆不讓開不就完了嗎
