It was extremely bad. I was taking a shower in the middle of winter when the water heater ran out of hot water. No matter how long we waited, there was no hot water. We asked the service staff to wait. There was still no water until 2 am. The floor was moldy, the equipment was broken, the sofa was dirty, the coffee table was covered with dust, and there was everything on the floor, including tissues, hair, and even cigarette butts, cigarette ashes, snack bags, etc. Needless to say, the bed made my face allergic the next day.
