門鎖是壞的，沒辦法鎖門，房間電話也是不能用的，衹能自己找酒店電話打前台，房間wifi用不了，聯繫前台前台不知道怎麼辦，説要問一下保安，回個電話，然後按照她們的方法還是用不了，説要叫保安上來弄，但是我們換好睡衣，問有沒有客房部的阿姨幫忙，前台説沒有女服務員，她也不懂，衹有保安，我説我不方便，而且都快11點，前台説那沒辦法，怪我們沒有一進房間就檢查所有設備正不正常，我也是笑了，這個不是酒店應該確認房間沒問題再給客人的嗎？哎，不會再來

第一個晚上剛剛開的時候挺好的 挺乾淨的 結果第二天續住的時候 我拿房間下去叫前台打掃衞生 然後我出去逛了一下 回來到房間看到已經打掃好了！“結果我一翻床單枕頭 到處都是頭髮 還有衣毛” 地上也是有昨天晚上丟失的垃圾！後面我打電話給前台才重新叫人上來給我換床單！意思200多塊的房間 續住換不起 幾塊錢清洗費的床單？ 那我住這個酒店的意義在哪 我直接住小賓館不行？

很不錯 各方面都很乾凈 前台也很熱情 房間能看到河 附近也很熱鬧 唯一不好就是早上跳廣場舞的音樂太大聲了 七點多就吵醒了 路上的風景也很美

很不錯的一間酒店，沒有什麼大問題，酒店對面就是可以吃飯的小街巷，唯一小問題就是旁邊是小廣場，有很多小童娛樂設施有音樂會有些吵，要到晚上10點後才停止營業！早上河對面會有健身的人跳廣場舞，大概6:30左右會有DJ音樂重鼓點“咚咚咚”的響，比較吵

酒店新開業，乾淨衞生，設施不錯，對面就是鳳山標誌，山上刻着一衹鳳凰。五一去住，周圍兩家大酒店停車位有限，他們家停車位還綽綽有餘，這個點贊👍🏻不足的是，攜程上面訂的價格，還沒有在前台訂的優惠
