各方面都挺好的，退房後按金遲遲不退，問了前台原因，説是床單上有一圓珠筆劃痕，懷疑是我劃的，莫名其妙的，不相信顧客，感覺很不爽，後來按金退給我了，懷疑顧客，體驗很差，以後不會再選這家酒店了。哎，小小的一劃痕，不知道什麼時候就有的，懷疑客人，格局真小，既然這樣建議酒店老闆退房時檢查房間後再退，別讓客人走了，説的是按金原路退回，出問題了不及時聯繫客人，早上8點左右退的房，中午12點多了，按金沒有退，等客人打電話問了才説弄臟床單了，按金先不退，哎，感覺很不爽，
