酒店在茶山中，可以晚飯後散步。離青龍橋很近，有小道走過去。
房間面積可以，有個小陽台看風景。衞生乾淨，床品不錯？
前台員工服務可以，紅茶坊的百抖茶很好喝，沖茶的員工服務態度很好且專業。中餐廳，早餐廳的員工服務態度很好，而且這的西餐廚師居然會做雞蛋卷，出乎意料。
車停在坡下的停車場，旁邊有電梯直接到大堂。

外觀看着金碧輝煌，房間也還算大，床特別大，很舒服。但房間休閑區域小，設施少，就一個小單人沙發和一個圓凳，配不上五星的等級。服務還可以，電瓶車太少，想逛一下園區都沒車。

外圍環境不錯，佔地面積很大，有自己的茶山，娛樂功能區在山頂，動靜結合。大堂吧紅茶免得體驗。比起外部環境，客房內部營造略顯平淡，設計不出彩，但入住舒適度還不錯。旁邊就是青龍橋，風景醉人。

作為Wyndham的鑽石會員，第二次入住森華信感謝經理Jason幫我升級的套房，以及入住到退房前台幾位小姐姐的協助！
設施：酒店從建起至今設施越來越完善，配套將越來越齊全，開放的房間會越來越多，雖然泳池和其他娛樂設施還在建設中，但不久後的入住率肯定會越來越好！
衞生：酒店建築羣較大，但從園區到房間的清潔程度都被工作人員保養得很好，房間沒有異味，空調味道清新，衞生間淋浴間清潔完善，幾乎沒有大灰塵，給工作人員點贊！
環境：酒店後茶山從建起的光禿禿山梗到現在的綠葉櫻花繁茂，比第一次來入住時候美觀很多，整個酒店融入茶山之中，綠意盎然，天然氧吧！
服務：前台入住服務不用多説，快捷高效。下午到餐廳用餐的時候小排骨出餐和後兩道菜出餐時間相差較久，導致排骨先冷了一點，但是沒有影響太大的口感，肉質細膩，蒸蛋黑松露的清香味很突出，最完美的一道菜！晚上洗澡的時候突然房間的冷水停水了一段時間，急急忙忙導致身上還沒沖乾淨第二天出了一點小插曲，反饋酒店後工作人員迅速為我解決了問題，沒有影響到太大的入住體驗。各方面都可圈可點的優秀！
