這個酒店非常好，花園式的，好美，很安靜，發呆蠻好的，早餐不錯，晚歺飯菜很有特色，蠻好吃的，有時間會再去住幾天。

外觀看着金碧輝煌，房間也還算大，床特別大，很舒服。但房間休閑區域小，設施少，就一個小單人沙發和一個圓凳，配不上五星的等級。服務還可以，電瓶車太少，想逛一下園區都沒車。

外圍環境不錯，佔地面積很大，有自己的茶山，娛樂功能區在山頂，動靜結合。大堂吧紅茶免得體驗。比起外部環境，客房內部營造略顯平淡，設計不出彩，但入住舒適度還不錯。旁邊就是青龍橋，風景醉人。

作為Wyndham的鑽石會員，第二次入住森華信感謝經理Jason幫我升級的套房，以及入住到退房前台幾位小姐姐的協助！
設施：酒店從建起至今設施越來越完善，配套將越來越齊全，開放的房間會越來越多，雖然泳池和其他娛樂設施還在建設中，但不久後的入住率肯定會越來越好！
衞生：酒店建築羣較大，但從園區到房間的清潔程度都被工作人員保養得很好，房間沒有異味，空調味道清新，衞生間淋浴間清潔完善，幾乎沒有大灰塵，給工作人員點贊！
環境：酒店後茶山從建起的光禿禿山梗到現在的綠葉櫻花繁茂，比第一次來入住時候美觀很多，整個酒店融入茶山之中，綠意盎然，天然氧吧！
服務：前台入住服務不用多説，快捷高效。下午到餐廳用餐的時候小排骨出餐和後兩道菜出餐時間相差較久，導致排骨先冷了一點，但是沒有影響太大的口感，肉質細膩，蒸蛋黑松露的清香味很突出，最完美的一道菜！晚上洗澡的時候突然房間的冷水停水了一段時間，急急忙忙導致身上還沒沖乾淨第二天出了一點小插曲，反饋酒店後工作人員迅速為我解決了問題，沒有影響到太大的入住體驗。各方面都可圈可點的優秀！

謝謝前台給升級了景色漂亮的湖景房，帶陽台的客房乾淨明亮，2.4米的大床非常舒適，自助餐廳環境不錯，自助早餐也挺好吃，鳳慶有這樣的酒店很開心，温德姆一如既往好品質。

這家酒店非常適合打卡，尤其是夜景，聽着蟲鳴，賞着燈光璀璨，非常愜意～
白天也很漂亮，可以和茶農一起採茶，不出酒店即可看到文筆塔和青龍橋～
早餐自助還是很豐富，在二樓，中西餐都有～
酒店服務熱情周到，坐在大堂吧，可以無限量喝紅茶，亦可觀賞3200奶茶製作全過程～
