The room is spacious and clean, the service is attentive, and the breakfast is rich. It is very close to the scenic spot. The fireworks show at night is very shocking. The season is just right. I can experience what a colorful forest is.

酒店外觀挺吸引人的，小松鼠的設計有點意思。十一温差大，這裏沒有暖氣，酒店也沒有地暖，這點不太好，帶小孩的注意帶厚睡袋。不過前台小姐姐提前打電話告知我這點了，讓我想想如果不住這裏也可以給退款。屋內的設施很一般，沒有什麼地方擱東西，桌子很小，一把塑料椅子。衞生間門是鏡面的，正對着床，大忌！晚上起夜容易嚇着。設計師*****。出酒店就是神仙谷七彩森林的遊客中心，這點挺方便，玩完直接回酒店休息，不用趕路了。

住宿環境舒適.超級大床房房間很大.就是有點冷.晚上有精彩的表演和煙花.在房間裏就可以欣賞.特別贊.早餐主要是人多.服務人員根本忙不過來.衞生和味道一般.七彩森林景區接近自然很有趣.希望景區內和景區外所有的餐飲衞生再用點心.七彩森林越來越好.

第二次入住，感覺位置服務都是非常不錯，直接下單，接到温馨電話，壩上温差大，需要帶一些厚衣服，這次是帶長者過來玩，辦理入住，酒店工作人員熱情接待，並升級了房間，家人很滿意，晚上酒店前還有篝火、表演、燃放煙花，很是滿足，早餐打5分👍👍👍

酒店的位置很好，就在七彩森林遊客中心旁邊，樓前晚上還有篝火晚會和演出。酒店整體屬於簡約風格，以松鼠為主題設計，估計很討好小朋友。床很大，但其它都比較緊湊了。前台的工作人員非常熱心，有問必答且主動介紹遊玩的有關事項，必須點贊。這個地方總共有三家酒店，早餐都是在一起的，在另外一家酒店的一樓，時間是七點至九點半，我是七點五分去的，工作人員看見我去了才開門、開燈，跟我説現在淡季衹提供份飯，並説廚師七點半上班，現在衹有涼菜。我真的無語了，這是我吃的最簡陋的早餐了。所以服務的評價主要是給餐廳的，跟前台毫無關係。

客棧真不錯，因為行程中的小插曲，陰錯陽差的訂到了松鼠，前台的小姐姐非常好，我們早上九點多到的，有房間二話不説就給我們辦入住了，一分鐘都沒等，還先帶我們去了不同的房間，讓我們看想住哪種👍選的房間就在客棧大門上方，晚上的篝火晚會和煙花不出門就能看到，是一間2米4大床的房間，帶孩子妥妥的住，還多送了一張早餐券，退房的時候還貼心的送了包奶片給孩子，房間不小心打碎了一個水杯也沒讓賠，種種貼心的小事情都值得五星好評，大家有去七彩森林出行計劃的可以毫不猶豫的選擇松鼠客棧👍

前台小姐姐服務特別好，草原上條件有限，設施一般，床睡着舒服，空間不大，一家四口略顯擠。唯一接受不了的是洗手間上頭不是封閉的，馬桶聲音特別大。早飯還可以，能吃飽，有才有水果，就差牛奶。酒店裡七彩森林很近，可以無限次入院，我們也就去一次。晚上的篝火晚會和煙花不錯。
