1、身份證放在另外一輛車了，再三協商，還是入住了，感覺冷冰冰的
2、早餐説是七點到十點，七點十分去吃早餐，現找人開燈、端菜
3、最奇葩的是空調面板像一盞燈，開着空調就亮着，必須關了電源開關才行，也就是説必須關了空調才行

最開始想訂豐寧賓館，但是趕上會議，賓館滿房了。看了這個酒店的很多差評，一直猶豫要不要住在豐寧縣裡，但是因為當天天氣不好，還是選擇入住了。
帶了兩位80歲的長者，想安排在同層，告知需要訂商務雙床才能安排在同層，遂，退掉雙床房重新下單商務雙床，終於住上對門了。
這個酒店的硬件設施不錯，衞生間的浴缸，水池，馬桶和花灑全是超一線品牌，漢斯格雅，杜拉維特等，很多五鑽酒店也未必用這些品牌，使用起來流暢舒適。
床和床品也都舒適，枕頭不好睡。
早餐比較簡潔，也不錯，菜再熱乎點就好了。
再有就是，這瓶裝水能不能多給幾瓶！！
訂了一個三人間，一個兩人間，水不夠喝，自己補了幾瓶，是上家酒店臨走給的，幸好沒嫌麻煩裝上了…要不還要買水。
工作人員送用品超級快，臨走房間有東西遺落了，還幫我們送下來，感謝照顧！

房間寬敞，設施還可以，500多的價格，在縣城裡，也是很貴了。缺點是沒有服務人員幫忙拉行李，好多行李的我們都是自己用推車推上房間的。酒店二樓有健身房，有小童樂園還不錯😄餐廳的環境也私密性，都是包間。菜品也好吃。

非常鬆弛的管理風格
前台跟客人説話全程低着頭，完全不看人。
客房設施很久。
早餐是粉沖的牛奶豆漿，咖啡機看着比我歲數大
預製烤腸培根，就蔬菜是現炒的。

整體挺不錯的，房間乾淨衞生，房間足夠大，停車方便。
不足之處，吹風機太low了，還是壞的。另外，礦泉水衹供應三瓶，多餘須付費，這樣的很少吧。

設施：我老婆非常滿意，誇很多設施都是靜音的，非常高級
衞生：整體乾淨整潔
環境：環境整體不錯，隔音也挺好，唯獨臨街略微有一點點吵，不過夜裡關上窗户好很多
整體：服務很好，早餐也很好吃，愉快的住宿體驗

設施：看着挺豪華，房間也挺大，該有的都有。不過空調沒有冷風。
衞生：房間衞生還行。早餐很差，所有的東西上面都有水，感覺就是之前的人用完後，拿水沖乾淨繼續用。豆漿的杯子是杯口朝下，翻一個，臟的，再來一個，裏面居然還有豆漿掛杯。盤子上面還有米飯。馬上沒有食慾。西瓜也都蔫了。
環境：周邊沒啥地方可去。
服務：還算熱情。

節假日漲價就算了，服務和品質卻沒漲，真不知道是什麼服務邏輯。酒店早餐敷衍到不行，全是冷的不説，沒一個能吃的，拍照吐槽都懶得拍

整體體驗一般，一樓是個澡堂，房間也不隔音，走廊別人説個話聽起來就像在身邊一樣，設施配套什麼的我衹能説每個人可能要求不同，我覺得不如當地民宿
