裝修非常新，乾淨整潔，設施也齊全，房間都在二樓要走樓梯但不算累，老闆人很好熱心幫忙

不得不説，她家真的是又乾淨，房間又大，老闆又好，在伊春住了10天，伊美也住了，金山屯也住了，嘉蔭也住了，她家是住的最舒心的！第一次從伊美去她家，後來從嘉蔭回來都訂別的地方了，都讓我退了，又回她家住了兩天，真的非常好！明年還會去的！

真的很乾凈，門上還有隔音貼，空調熱水器都是大牌子，看得出老闆是認真做賓館的，就是熱水器應該沒調好，估計温度調太高了，洗澡熱水用的比較快。

周邊環境還比較安靜，正面面對馬路，有空調，背面是小區，沒有空調；整體感覺尚可。
