The location is very convenient, on the way to Wuying Park, kilometers away! The standard room I booked has wooden floors, two small beds, and a good environment. It is two large courtyards! I went there in September, and it was a bit cold at night, but each bed has an electric blanket and a small electric heater to borrow.
