環境臟亂差到離譜，沒有一次性拖鞋和吹風機不説，被子跟毛巾也不乾淨，房間隔音也很差，三百多的價格都可以住全季酒店了，真是對不起這個價錢

訂的單間，到了説沒房，協商換房要補差價，還要多補一元，雖然沒多少錢，可道理在哪？本來預訂的房間沒有就是賓館的責任，毫無悔意竟然還要多收錢，誰給你的勇氣？房頂到處掛着蜘蛛網，隔音極差，旁邊房間通宵吵鬧也無人勸阻！設施陳舊，水龍頭要費很大力氣才能打開，馬桶沖完水不停，空調導向是壞的……總之一個字：爛。奉節挺好的地方讓這些人敗壞了名聲。
