The service of this B&B is very good according to the online ratings. I booked a river view room. The room is quite big and I am very satisfied with the equipment and facilities. It has a smart toilet and curtains. The river view from the balcony is really beautiful. I like their terrace. Sitting and drinking tea, chatting, blowing the wind, and lingering.

The location of the inn is great, you can get off the car and drag your luggage and walk a few steps to get there. The room is newly renovated, clean and tidy, and the night view is great. The view is better than that of the inn upstream, and it is not as noisy as the upstream inn! It’s also very comfortable to sit on the balcony and look at the river view during the day! The proprietress enthusiastically took care of the pick-up and drop-off, and also gave away specialties when leaving. It was the most satisfying inn in the whole trip. I recommend friends who come to Phoenix to stay here!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The Hotel's管家，莉莉，welcome us warmly when we reached the hotel. She helped us to book the hotel transfer from the train station before our arrival. She upgraded our room to a very beautiful one bedroom suite. The suite is well decorated, clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. The hotel even provide free transport to and from the ancient town scenic area. 莉莉 will help to co-ordinate for us. When we check out of the hotel, they even give us local snacks as gift. My husband and I really had a v good time staying at this hotel.

Location of this hostel is near to carpark; it takes about 3 min to walk from carpark to hostel. Hostel location on the map is wrong. The hostel is on the left side of Snow Bridge if you are facing Tuo Jiang River. Hostel location is not beside Feng Huang 1st Bridge. When reach carpark, our car cannot enter due to carpark full. The owner came to the main road to help us carry our luggage to the hostel. Same thing when we go back time, the owner helps us to bring the language to the carpark. Free transport provided to and from high-speed rail station. Our balcony is facing the Tuo Jiang River with a view of the ancient city and the scenery at night is very beautiful with the Snow Bridge fully light up. A good, beautiful view of the Snow Bridge and surrounding area. We book Family Suite - 2-Room, River-View (Balcony), a clean and very spacious room and with a great view. The location is convenient, and the housekeeping is good. There are many music bars below the hostel and along the river, but all music stops at 11 pm, is a good initiative. Hostel location is near to popular attractions, such as Hongqiao, Tuo Jiang Rock Jumping, Travel Photography Shop just below the hostel. I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hostel.

Hygiene: Super clean. I really can’t stand unclean hotels and B&Bs, but this one looks very clean and tidy at first glance, which really won my heart! Service: The boss and the lady boss are very nice and friendly. The first thing we did after we arrived was to introduce us to the ancient city, what attractions we should visit, what routes there are, and where there are cost-effective hotels. The recommendations are very reliable. They also upgraded us to a larger room for free, and there was mosquito repellent in the room. Environment: It's right inside the ancient city. The decoration style is very fresh, clean and simple, and very comfortable. There is a large platform on the roof. You can watch performances and night views directly on the platform at night, and take photos and videos. It's very nice! Facilities: The facilities feel relatively new. There is a large full-length mirror in the room, and a long table and sofa to put things on. The most important thing is that the bed here is really clean and easy to sleep on. It is the best quality of sleep in hotels and B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Best ever. The boss also has two kittens, one named Gouzi and one named Wuxing. My friend likes them very much.

Not far from the riverside, in a small alley. Clean, quiet, with a nice bathroom - although there's no shelf or hanger or anything to put your clothes and shower cream anywhere. There's an ”intelligent” toilet in the bathroom, but the lid opens up every time you get close, so you cannot put anything on it either :). Parking is a huge problem in Fenghuang, so try to arrange it in advance - the owner can help you, call them before you arrive.

The room is comfortable and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it feels warm! Especially the travel butler Yang Tianli is warm and attentive, has a wide range of knowledge, explains in detail, arranges the itinerary reasonably, helps us take pictures, and gives people a friendly feeling. The location of the homestay is in the ancient city. It is very convenient to go shopping. The housekeeper Xiaoqi is very enthusiastic and patient to explain to us the strategy of the ancient city of Phoenix. The location was great. A few minutes walk from the 虹桥 and it’s surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. It was noisy at night but quieted down by 11:30pm but expected if your by the river. The view of the river from the balcony was fantastic, I sat on the swing and had a cup of tea while watching the boats go by on the river. Very relaxing. Also, the breakfast was very tasty. A glass of warm soy milk, buns, millet porridge, and a bowl of rice noodle. The rice noodle was especially yummy!
