Best 🫶 free shuttle to the train station, free fruits when I arrived , free buffet breakfast , and free delicacies given upon check out. These hotel is generous & it’s worth the penny. Location wise everything is walkable and nearby. Front desk was very nice & most of the staff. Restaurant is downstairs as well and open for lunch & dinner. There is also convenient store , spa, and lots more. Cleanliness 👍, spacious 👍 If you wanna have a great stay in Phoenix town. I highly recommend this hotel. 🫶

The two-bedroom, one-living room family room was great, and we were more satisfied than the pictures on the Internet. I forgot to take the pictures, but they were captured from the video my mother posted in the family group. The whole hotel is enough for a tour. It is really comfortable to travel in the off-season. The shuttle bus to the ancient town is very convenient. The local grapes in the snacks sent upon check-in are very interesting, and we even bought a big bag. Milk biscuits will also be delivered to the room at night, which is very thoughtful and polite. The housekeeper Xiao Wu is also very conscientious. He will call to ask if the driver has picked us up because he is not sure whether he has picked us up. It is a very quiet and beautiful accommodation experience. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

Great staff, friendly but professional. Especially thanks to those young ladies in Mao's costumes. They provided valuable information about how to make the most out of our time in Fenghuang Ancient Town, including the best time to see the night-time activities, and where to eat. One the the lady walked us to the stairs/walkway so we can walk to the Town. Before she turned back, she advised us to take a taxi to the hotel due to the walkway will to too dark to walk and unsafe. The room is big with an electric kettle but no tea bag or coffee provided. The breakfast buffet had variety with both Chinese and Western foods.

The first time I took my son on a trip after the epidemic was to the ancient city of Fenghuang. The high-speed rail is very convenient and has direct access to Shenzhen North. The hotel is very beautiful, the space is large, and the room is also very spacious. It is not very small like the hotels I have stayed in before, and I am very clean. I am satisfied and my son is also very excited. What a happy trip!

The children were full of surprises when they entered the house. In the words of the children, this house is really low-key luxury and connotation. Hahaha, indeed, when they entered the hospital, it was a normal residential area, but when they entered the house, it was unexpectedly big. It should be a party hall before. The overall atmosphere of the room is very warm and very comfortable. What is worth mentioning is the service. There is a special car to pick up and drop off (high-speed rail station and ancient city). It is very quiet and suitable for rest in the upper reaches of Tuojiang River. Because there is no guide, the lady at the front desk is very considerate and made a guide. The recommended restaurants are delicious and the portions are excellent. Because we stayed late in the ancient city, they waited for us to pick us up until it was extremely late. All the services are very close and make people very comfortable.
