自駕遊與朋友一家一起入住的柏曼酒店，酒店設施很新，酒店門口就有免費的停車位，設施齊全環境清幽，衞生很好，睡床很舒適房間很乾凈，床也很舒適，設計的很漂亮，樓層剛剛好，晚上休息很安靜，前台美女很熱情。前台服務也很好，很有禮貌，服務態度很好，剛進房間不久後就有意外小驚喜哦，有酒店的機器人專門給我們送了歡迎水果跟小零食哦，晚上我們查詢附近的晚飯地點，還給我們介紹了一間味道不錯的餐廳，晚上餓了的話樓下還有很好吃的湘西烤串，跟好朋友喝上兩杯。酒店送的早餐很好吃哦，特別是米粉跟燒麥還有各種水果，整體上十分滿意，會推介朋友入住

跟朋友出來玩選擇了這家全國連鎖柏曼酒店，果然沒有失望。非常乾淨整潔，隔音效果也很好，窗簾也很遮光，一覺睡到8點多起床 ，房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，有基本的日用洗漱用品提供。服務很好。讓客人賓至如歸，點贊。早餐挺豐富的，水果很新鮮，中西合璧基本滿足需求。餐廳環境優雅，吃早飯舒服。會再次選擇入住的酒店。各方麪條件均不錯。 鳳凰古城也很漂亮

酒店位置很好，多條公交線路在門口設點，無論你想去哪裡都很方便。距離古城就3公里左右，開車10分鐘，還是很近的。對於自駕遊的我們來説，酒店周邊道路寬敞，停車方便。除了交通很方便，酒店的服務也十分周到，前台小姐姐非常專業，辦理入住手續高效快捷 。前台小姐姐還給我們贈送了一份入住水果。酒店房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟乾淨。酒店還有免費洗衣房，烘乾機。應有盡有，設施齊全。還有酒店早餐也十分出色，早餐種類豐富，能滿足不同口味的需求。餐廳環境優雅，服務員態度親切，讓人用餐愉快。這家酒店強烈推薦給大家[強]

鳳凰的夜景很美，空氣很新鮮，苗寨的風景也是很漂亮。酒店很新 很乾凈，到處都很整潔，前台服務也很熱情，耐心跟我講解了一下鳳凰的遊玩攻略。客房備有貼心小提示，也是細節滿滿，早餐很好吃，阿姨也很有耐心的給我們單獨煮了一份吃的簡直是太愛了.很喜歡吃他們家的燒賣還有西瓜🍉太甜了，我兒子説簡直太好吃了，一下子吃了一大盤西瓜🍉怪不好意思的[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]，酒店位於縣城內，距離鳳凰古城開車需要幾分鐘，也可選擇打車過去。房間價格合理，值得推薦，希望越來越好。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很温馨，環境很好，前台服務很好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯! 辦理入住時前台還給多送了二瓶礦泉水，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，早餐也很棒，選着多樣性，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦
房間 衞生乾淨，細節到位，床很舒服，床墊舒適，洗澡水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡舒服。
還有洗衣房，有烘乾機，夏天容易出汗，能有洗衣服的真的很方便。
