I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! They gave me a free room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were kind and helped me with my laundry, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect – just steps away from all the main attractions. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, 50m from the main roads of the ancient town, but it is nicely tucked away which avoids the noise and crowds. Owner upgraded us to a bigger room for free. And the girl at the reception was very kind and gave us a guide on how to tour the ancient city. 10/10 recommend.

Fenghuang on a Saturday is so incredibly crowded and touristy. The rooms here had very poor sound insulation so beware if you’re a light sleeper or request a room on the interior (with less light). The squat toilets were difficult for my older relatives to manage and the bathrooms didn’t smell great. But it’s an ancient town, so what do you expect. The staff were friendly and helped us with our bags to the road. It was great to be able to converse with them through WeChat as no one spoke any English.

Very friendly people working in this place, the location of the hotel is good too which near the center of the old town and also near to the higher bridge where u can go to the newer part of the city. The facilities are all good and the room is clean. If there's one thing I wish that it can improve, it's the squat toilet.

The staff is really helpful. Location is great, it can be tricky but it was okay. A little unhappy moment there was the water heater does not work, the staff mentioned it to me but i think it is something that can be improve.
