Excellent location, many restaurants and shops nearby. Room and bathroom clean. Friendly staff. You can buy a show ticket (Fenghuang Yanzi Cultural Village) with a staff in the hotel. Found out it is a bit cheaper to buy at the hotel and got a good front centre seat. The “Cultural Village Show” is about 600m from the hotel . About 1.5km to the Ancient Town, just walk along the river. Reasonable good Chinese breakfast for what you pay. Complimentary drop off at the train station.

Pick up & drop off and breakfast included in the hotel price; hotel is newly opened; impeccably clean and tidy; bed's firm; we were refreshed, rested and pampered; hotel is on the quieter side of town; the driver, 阿姨 and reception staff are proactive and did their best to welcome guests in their various capacities which speaks well of the Hanting brand. Good value for money and highly recommended

非常喜歡，就在河邊，有個小巷子到河邊，沿河邊走，10分鐘可以到古城最熱鬧的地方，途中景色也不錯，沈從文墓就在河對面的小山上！房間設施齊全，據説還有免費洗衣服，可惜沒去洗，服務很禮貌，來送菊花蜂蜜茶，離開時送礦泉水！早餐在後麪一家合作店吃的，但很滿意，還可看河景！價格也不貴，比起前幾天住過的一些民宿，不知要好多少！

服務：特別好！酒店提前聯繫留停車位，很耐心的為住客講解導覽圖，怎樣完整的遊玩鳳凰古城，每次都是微笑和客氣的為客人服務，還可以喝到服務生製作的檸檬水，很貼心，位置在下游很寧靜好休息！遊覽古城很方便！早餐是和飯店合作的，吃的東西很豐富，其它餐食也可以到他家吃，凡是漢庭住客都給打八折喲！下次也一定會選擇他家！

酒店是幫朋友訂的，朋友反饋説酒店位置在沱江下游，離河邊很近，對面吃飯的餐館很多，覓食方便，走到古城中心虹橋挺近的，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，服務熱情，還沒到的時候服務員提前打電話詢問到達時間以及是否開車，酒店對面就是停車場，還不用曬太陽，總之，對這個酒店表示滿意。
