Honestly the service here is the best I’ve had. The woman who runs this place is very thoughtful and nice. She gave me a map and explained where to go and when, also was reachable on WeChat all day long for any questions, offered drinking water and tea. The location is the best I could ask for, on a square where the locals gather at morning end evening to dance, and very close walk to the river. The room has good isolation and is very quiet.
I had a great time here deeply recommend!!!

The property staff was very good and helpful specially there was a small girl I don’t know her name but she was very fast and very helpful. She was short but she carry our heavy suitcase and help us put in our room. I will definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is just next to the largest square in the tourist area, so the location is extremely convenient. Furthermore, our room views directly to the square, which is very beautiful. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is tidy. We'll definitely book the hotel again if we come back to Fenghuang

The place is very well located, close to the old part but not too close to be loud. As clean as it can be in china for a normal/good hotel. Staff was VERY nice and helpful all the time.

Really good simple and affordable hotel in the HEART of Fenghuang! The hotel is located in the corner of the main square at the old town and from there you can walk the whole town! Also, the staff was very friendly even though they couldn't speak English! Highly recommended!!!

This hotel in Fenghuang was excellent! We were both American tourists that speak minimal Mandarin, and the owners were very patient in communicating with us. The owners were overall extremely kind, and they even upgraded our room for free. They also even walked us to the bus station when we left. The room was very clean and it was a great deal at its price. It was a perfect stay, and I would recommend anyone to stay here as well.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from where the Bus drops you off (the one coming from the Trainstation), 5-10 minutes away from the “tourist spots”. The owner treated us so nice, water, watermelon, carried the bags, gave us a bigger room than we booked since it was free.

Wonderfull hotel in the better place of the town. They Give me fruit, they Give me a map with indications to a walk to the best visit of the city and free tickets for the main atraction of the town from where you have the best views of Fenghuang AND the river. I Will return for sure.
