Highly recommend this space to anyone
This was the perfect trip and stay!
The host was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I don’t speak Chinese, but the host was incredibly kind and used a translation app to communicate, making everything so easy. He even upgraded my room for free!
The room was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully quiet—such a peaceful place to relax.
The location was super convenient, just a short distance from Phoenix Town and the bus station. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The owner is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. This is the advantage of staying in a guest house, you get great attention from the owner. The guest house is about a 5-minute walk from the river where the night scenery is spectacular.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely adorable, welcomed us with oranges and gave us a free upgrade. The hotel is located 2min away from the East Gate of the Fenghuang Old City. They kept our bags for free while we were visiting. The hotel lady came with us to the bus station when we were about to leave.
If you are coming by train, we recommend you take line 2 from the train station (Fenghuang Gu Cheng) and get down at Nanhuali. The hotel is two min away from the bus station.

Very good Homestay it’s small hotel but good location that near main square, hotel service very good like 5 stars hotel the lady who is everything as reception, cleaner and maybe manger help me a lot before I go there she guided me how go to home stay that very good and clear also when I arrived she guided me how walk around town and river, where is shortcut go there and where can I find stall or restaurant. Also once I need her help to find supermarket she responded immediately and clear. Recommend everyone who finding accommodation in Fenghuang

Honestly the service here is the best I’ve had. The woman who runs this place is very thoughtful and nice. She gave me a map and explained where to go and when, also was reachable on WeChat all day long for any questions, offered drinking water and tea. The location is the best I could ask for, on a square where the locals gather at morning end evening to dance, and very close walk to the river. The room has good isolation and is very quiet.
I had a great time here deeply recommend!!!

The property staff was very good and helpful specially there was a small girl I don’t know her name but she was very fast and very helpful. She was short but she carry our heavy suitcase and help us put in our room. I will definitely recommend this hotel

Superb guesthouse. The owner really went out to make my stay as pleasant as possible, gave me a very fair price for a second night, and gave me extensive information on where to go and want to see. Really kind and helpful, and this goes a long way in my books in the hospitality world. Very happy stay, very comfortable room at a very good price. Thank you!

This is a lovely guest house in a lovely town. The owner is very warm, always with a smile, and she really cares about her guests. She explained how to visit the town via WeChat as I don't speak chinese, gave me detailed information about how to arrive at the guest house, lent me an umbrella because it was raining and even offered a room upgrade. The room and bed are very comfortable and clean. You should absolutely stay here when you come to Fenghuang!
