I arrived late in the local area and checked in at 7:30pm. It was extremely hard to find the place, and it's not very obvious. Upon my arrival, the boss said, "Because you are from abroad, it was difficult to contact you. We normally go and pick you up. " The reception/ check-in area stank of cigarettes and felt so uncomfortable being in a confined area. The owner took me to my room, which was the biggest he said. It smelled musky/damp, but the bed was soft and comfortable. Since I was only staying for 2 nights. The second night, the card key didn't work. Texted the owner, and he said it needs to be checked in every day, which he didn't mention. Luckily, I left my window open during the afternoon and managed to open the door from the side. There is a mini fridge, but it makes a lot of noises, so I have to unplug it. The bathtub was really nice. Breakfast is good, a bowl of hot noodle soup, hot fresh soya milk. .

Great location! The staff was very helpful and even came down personally to the gate to help us carry our luggage to the accommodation. They also provided us with a map and a detailed explanation to guide us around fenghuanggucheng. The place is clean and tidy. Really appreciate the service provided and had a really good experience! Definitely would be coming by again.

The architecture of this hotel made us feel at home, the details are nice, there are many simple things made by the owner of this hotel very well and the art deco design.
comfortable and the location of this hotel is very good, even though it is in an alley but it is easy to find.
We like this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we go to Fenghuang.

The hotel wasn't easy to find, but local people are very friendly and helped us eagerly. We had a spacious room for three people, it was clean, all the equipment worked properly. The staff are friendly and helpful, they gave us a map of the old city and their phone number in case we got lost😊.

The two suites I booked (the terrace room and a suite on the second floor) were both clean and tidy, and there was no smell of smoke or smoke, and the air conditioner was quiet. In the terrace room on the fourth floor, you can sit and enjoy the breeze with your friends, listen to the excitement in the ancient city, and chat and relax☕.
