Staff is very good, 100% recommended, will stay again.
The room is good and clean. The staff has a very good service mind. It is close to tourist attractions. There are many restaurants near the hotel and there are convenience stores.

This is probably the best place to stay in Fenghuang ancient town.
Very clean, cozy and comfortable stay.
Most kind and beautiful people, that helped us check-in, explained where to go and escorted us to the cab.
View from the room at evening is breathtaking!

We liked the decor of the hotel. The location is very central, right on the river and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. We had a room with a balcony and were able to watch the dragon boat training during the day. Our room was spacious and had everything you needed. Everywhere was very clean. The hotel staff helped us organize excursions. When we left, a member of staff accompanied us in the car. We had a very nice chat. We had a pleasant stay and felt welcome. We would happily recommend the hotel. Attached are two pictures of the hotel at night. The hotel can be seen in the background to the left of the pagoda.

Service was amazing, extremely helpful and lovely.
Gave us the best recommendations for sightseeing and dinner!
Imagine yourself waking up to this breakfast in your private terrace with such view.

10+++++Excellent warm service ,clean room, nice balcony river view. I would like to Thanks Ah Siang this young pretty lady ensure we reach the right location not only that help us with heavy luggage n I felf bad. First time in China I would said I've been treated like a queen. She is very polite n always service with a smile. Strongly recommend anyone who like to visit Phoenix Ancient city to stay with them " Dien Ni Lai". N I love their warm noodle that she serve us in the room as well. Highly recommended if your travels bring u to Phoenix Ancient town. Thanks again pretty young lady Ah Siang!!!
