Images on trip.com are from long time ago when place was new. Today’s reality is so different. Very dirty hotel and very bad maintained. Windows very dirty. Service at the front desk is bad and unprofessional. Our reservation was supposed to have some free extras included and it was a lie. Very disappointing.

Located a distance from the main area of phoenix town. Rooms and properties are not properly maintained, and lots of wear and tear. Very average breakfast. Very friendly and helpful host.

Overall the room is clean and the hotel site will call us before we reach, to give suggestion and arrange driver come fetch us from feng huang train station to the hotel.

The staffs are attentive and help carry the luggage both going and returning. The room is clean and quiet at night. The only problem is that there is no elevator, so you have to walk up to the 4th floor. And one of the bedrooms has a heating system that doesn't work, so you'll be cold all night.

The homestay is right next to the Yunqiao Bridge and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the balcony. The room is also large enough, fully equipped, and the housekeeper has a very good service attitude.

The room is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation. The lower reaches are far away from the hustle and bustle of the middle and upper reaches, and the night is very quiet. If you like quietness, this is the right choice. Although there is no elevator, fortunately the store brother will carry the luggage to the room all the way from Yunqiao. The service is impeccable. The only drawback is that the aunt's freshly cooked breakfast will not be served until 8 o'clock. If you catch an early high-speed train, you may not be able to have breakfast.
