因為是民居，是老房子，衞生環境不算特別好，但是也過得去，主要是位置非常好，就在核心景區附近，臨江第二排房子，所以步行到江邊衹有十幾二十米的感覺，非常安靜，一百過頭的價格極具性價比，老闆把衞生再弄好點就很完美了，因為價格便宜，鳳凰古城也很具有可逛性，而且第一天兩點才到，所以第二天又住了一晚上，第三天才出發去桂林

這次入住體驗非常滿意酒店的服務態度特別好前台阿姨超級好，找不到位置還過來接我，晚上的鳳凰古城超級漂亮，酒店的位置也很方便，晚上很安靜，體驗感很好。房間一次性的用品也非常好，推薦給所有朋友們

名宿老闆娘很熱情呢有什麼不懂都可以詢問，位置就在雪橋的旁邊小巷子裏，一走出巷子就可以在橋邊上玩水了。待了三天都有點不想離開了呢，哈哈哈哈下次去鳳凰一定會再找老闆娘的

房間乾淨衞生，舒適，很安靜，洗漱用品很齊全，老闆娘很熱情，還送我一個粽子吃，
離江邊近，出去玩好方便的。從江邊一拐就到了，走路不要一分鐘
