My room was spacious and very clean with beautiful river views of Fenghuangguchen. I appreciated Miss L for her guidance on how to enjoy and to spend time in the town. I had a wonderful and memorable time. I also wanted to thank the gentleman who helped me to find a taxi early in the morning the last minute and helped with my luggage. I will come back to this hotel if I come to Fenghuangguchen again.

The location is right next to the Ancient Town, which is perfect for walking there and also convenient for getting a taxi directly to the hotel—especially with luggage, so there’s no need to carry or walk it through the Ancient Town. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The staff, especially Tian, were super helpful at all times; they helped us book a taxi to the train station and assisted with our luggage (there is no elevator).
The view is also incredible.

Basic hotel in a good location in Fenghuang. No coffee or even tea provided. That’s a bit strange in China. Staffs are not that helpful.

Located strategically within the phoenix ancient town. Absolutely stunning view from our room 😍 the hotel was clean, spacious room indeed. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Bar street located opposite of the river. Had a great time with family members visiting the ancient phoenix town. Recommend!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice location, accessible thru public bus from the railway station but would highly recommend take a cab as the road from bus terminal to hotel is near but the road is not luggage friendly. Hotel is well maintained, clean. They even equipped the room with a projector TV, which is quite cool.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at when visiting Fenghuang. Its about 15min taxi ride from train station and right to the hotel front door for 26 yuan. The staff are super friendly and helpful - communicate to them via wechat. I had a 25kg suitcase and staff carried it up 2 flights of stairs for me, theres no lift. The room and view is as pictured - has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
1 full day is enough to see everything - started around 10.30am and went back to hotel by 4.30pm to shower and rest then ventured out after 7pm for dinner and the night lights... got back at 10.30pm. If you pay extra to visit the local historical attractions and watch the show then its best to stay 2 nights - I just wandered the streets, ate and shopped. Theres some very nice and cheap souvenirs here! I really enjoyed my time in Fenghuang thanks to the hotel and staff. Simply amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. It may look far from ancient town centre on the map but only 10min walk. Wear comfy shoes, you will get a good workout exploring here!
