This is a wonderful hotel to stay at when visiting Fenghuang. Its about 15min taxi ride from train station and right to the hotel front door for 26 yuan. The staff are super friendly and helpful - communicate to them via wechat. I had a 25kg suitcase and staff carried it up 2 flights of stairs for me, theres no lift. The room and view is as pictured - has everything you need for a pleasant stay. 1 full day is enough to see everything - started around 10.30am and went back to hotel by 4.30pm to shower and rest then ventured out after 7pm for dinner and the night lights... got back at 10.30pm. If you pay extra to visit the local historical attractions and watch the show then its best to stay 2 nights - I just wandered the streets, ate and shopped. Theres some very nice and cheap souvenirs here! I really enjoyed my time in Fenghuang thanks to the hotel and staff. Simply amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. It may look far from ancient town centre on the map but only 10min walk. Wear comfy shoes, you will get a good workout exploring here!

Cozy little stay besides the river and away from the noisy section of the town. Great view from the verandah and you can enjoy the fascinating led display at night. The bestst thing is the taxi can drop you right in front of the doorstep unlike others where you need to drag your luggage and walk the distance.

We stay at riverside. Location of hotel is strategic and it’s close to the main attractions. Room is neat and tidy. Overall will stay here again

Such a lovely stay in this hotel. All rooms equipped with lovely teaset for us to drink tea and watch the happenings at the river. Sunrise just outside my window. Hotel staff was polite attentive n gave many suggestions. It was near enough to all the attractions in Fenghuang yet not too noisy at nite as it is not opposite the bars. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in every sense. The people at the reception are very friendly. They provided a very detailed summary of the key sights which should be visited and suggested an itinerary for Fenghuang ancient town. They also helped carry my luggage up to the room during check in, and to the taxi when we left. The hotel is very well located in the old town, directly adjacent to the rivers edge in the scenic area. The room was great. Two rooms, 2 king sized beds with new mattress and bright while quilts. The room was newly renovated with nice ceramic tiling and a large walk in shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly, would help with luggages up and down, just reminder there is only stairs, no elevator so you’ll just need to get up and down. Right in the middle of the main street of food and drinks, very close to the attraction and small streets, under the hotel (inn) are many traditional Miao outfits to rent. Overall, lovely place, beautiful balcony view!

Location is considered good as away from crowded and noisy area but not far from walking distance. Booked 2 bedrooms while only 1 bedroom got TV. In fact all rooms are facing to riverside so no need to pay extra to get room with riverside view (just with additional balcony). They provide free pick up from train station or airport .
