Location is considered good as away from crowded and noisy area but not far from walking distance.
Booked 2 bedrooms while only 1 bedroom got TV. In fact all rooms are facing to riverside so no need to pay extra to get room with riverside view (just with additional balcony).
They provide free pick up from train station or airport .

We really enjoyed the hotel. We stayed in Fenghuang for one night. We took the room with balcony and the view was very nice! Just next the the entrance of the old town and far from the noisy streets.
However, being on the river, you get anyway noise from nearby places until midnight. Depending on how tired you are It can affect you differently, but the river view is really nice. I took a sunrise picture.
These days they are doing street works just on the other side of the hotel, in front of the entrance, but the noise didn't get to the room.

A very recommended hotel in Fenghuang.. the room is new and have direct view to the river, very beautiful view at night.. car can also directly enter the hotel.. supermarket & restaurant are just right beside the hotel.. and they have bidet!!
Plus the service is top notch!!

love this homestay! the staff were so friendly and offered to pick us up from the train station for free and offered tips on how to tour around the town and even upgraded our room to suite room as our luggages were big! the room was comfortable and clean and the shower was so huge and spacious!

Highly recommended this hotel !! Very good location & the view from balcony is so amazing. Besides of that, their pretty staff 小滕 is very friendly & lovely. Guided me how to play with the route when I arrived the hotel. Also she tried her best to get me a taxi which really saved my ass, if not I would definitely miss out my train back to Chang Sha.

Great location on the river side. Decent room. A lot of noise from the construction work on the other side of the road woke us up very early in the morning.

There's no lift , which is typical of inn stay in properties there. The staff will help you with the luggage . But everything else was nice. Lots of food options right below your hotel
