The whole hotel is distributed in the "Shenfeng Scenic Area", with small bird cages and big houses in a unique shape! Very interesting! It's just that some of the infrastructure in the birdcage room will be very poor, but the big room (expensive) is much better. In addition, it takes a lot of physical strength to enter and exit the hotel (except for the elevator at the beginning). You can visit the Shenfeng Scenic Area in your spare time, and there is also a light show at night in the Shenfeng Temple Square not far away (high), and there are performances when the weather is good! It is worth mentioning that the "breakfast"! I read other people's comments that the breakfast is very bad. But my experience is really good. "Steamed" eggs are definitely better than outside. Steamed dumplings are also very delicious! Cabbage is just as good! There is no feeling of being particularly bad. The most surprising and interesting thing is the cartoons on the connecting corridors between the various guest rooms in the hotel. There is also a twelve zodiac trail! (There is no way at the end, so you need to go back) Oh, by the way! There are real peacocks in the high-rise area of ​​the scenic area (higher than the Shenfeng Temple Square)! Alive! There is also a large area of ​​"pompom flowers" in an area called "Flying Bird Camp". The entire scenic area can be visited in 2 hours (my hiking ability)! And it was in the rain! There was no one! I felt like I had entered the "fairyland" because there was really no one except me. Oh! Be careful of snakes, I didn't encounter any (fortunately)! I didn't go to the Nanhua Temple at the highest point, and it was definitely not because I was too tired to climb up, but because there was a locked door and no one opened it. We booked the special Kingdom Room. This was definitely something special. However, the rooms are very dated. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom wasn't nice. Air conditioning is only available on the upper floor, where the bed is (very comfortable). Since it was 30 degrees outside, the lower floor couldn't be cooled down, so it was practically impossible to stay there. The view from the bed is fantastic. However, the curtains let in quite a bit of light. The surroundings on the mountain are great. Non-hotel guests have to pay an entrance fee. The climb is strenuous, however, especially with luggage. You can hear the live music from the town below, which ends promptly at 11:30 PM every day. The staff doesn't speak English, but was always helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel if you want special accommodations but are willing to make some compromises. And you have to be a good walker.
