Qianxun Yunjing Zen River View Hotel

Great location with many restaurants and bars nearby. They provide free pickup from the train station. Room was clean. We got upgraded to the balcony room for free. Nice river view from the balcony.

The accommodation is located within the town which is convenient. Room was smaller than it appears on the photos. The staff helped to lug our heavy luggage up the stairs which we appreciated. The hotel provides only one way transport from train station to the accommodation, and the hotel did inform us prior. We were told to book our own taxi (which is not possible via didi and we had to search on our own for the local taxi app service) for the trip back to the train station, and if we were unable to book one via the app, they told us to walk out to the bridge to hail a taxi. We had a huge luggage with us. We would have appreciated if the hotel offered to at least help us book a taxi, especially since the price of the room is not cheap in comparison to other accommodations.

We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.
