到鳳凰已經晚上十點多了，酒店工作人員耐心等待接送，還幫忙預訂了第二天去高鐵站的車。套餐裏的夜遊沱江也很值得一去！房間什麼的各方面都很滿意，免費升級了房間，下次有機會來鳳凰一定還會選擇這裏！

酒店就在鳳凰南華里廣場這裏，靠近遊船碼頭，出行非常方便！早餐很精緻，入住體驗都很好！一共住了兩天，他們幫忙搬運行李！因為有長者腿腳不便經過溝通以後他們幫忙換房間，下次如果來鳳凰還會來這裏！

實至名歸，並值得推薦的一家低調民宿。
管家提供熱情的停車場接站/送站服務。
煙雨鳳凰，老青磚和菠蘿格木的搭配，房間內的裝修也極為考究用心，看得出民宿老闆是個有品味
，重細節的人； 宅子的另一半是 熊希齡 故居，可以免費參觀，酒店管家也提供很專業的陪同和介紹。
前台可以品嚐到 地方特色的 梅茶 和 紅茶，若有雅興，可以下上一盤圍棋，或是自己研磨，練練書法；這些都是免費的。
早餐簡單，精緻，可口。

入住熊公館真的可以稱得上是一種“享受”。女兒給我們訂的房間，説是環境特別優美，懷着一絲期待我們入住了熊公館。
一進庭院，這裏的江南園林式建築風格一下子就吸引了我們，愛人拿出手機拍來拍去，在這裏我也感到一種別樣的舒心，不像在江邊充滿了酒吧的喧鬧。
熊公館不僅擁有絕美的環境，還有貼心的管家服務，頂尖的硬件設施，極好的衞生條件等等。
最重要的是這裡有一種“慢”節奏，在商業化比較嚴重的鳳凰，這裏顯得更加“不合羣”，卻又更像沈從文筆下鳳凰原本的味道了。

首先，服務人員服務的很好，小哥哥負責接送，小姐姐還給我們泡茶，講當地的風土人情和酒店特色，並升級了房間，晚上還會給送小點心。其次，裝修很有格調，庭院和裝修一看就價格不菲，和那種小清新民宿不在一個檔次上。最後，非要提一點改進意見的話，早餐選擇上可以再豐富一點，並且因為是庭院，屋內還是會有一點潮氣。總體來説，值得一住，如果有機會去鳳凰，還會選擇這裏。

公館在古鎮裏，自駕遊車停在距離酒店10分鐘的地下車庫，竟然管接不管送，看到長者腿腳不方便，讓我們或者等一個小時，等搬運小哥上班再送，古鎮青石板路根本不適合拖3個箱子，還有兩個包，原本的好印象，搞的一塌糊塗，就這麼看着我們拖老帶小的，拖箱子走，太差了，硬件再可以，服務也不行

家裡人來住過，推薦給我的民宿。家人來住的時候是有人來遊客中心接的，但是這次聯繫了以後就給了我一個視頻，讓我們自己找進來。很多上下坡的石子路，拉行李箱的走起來有點吃力😥 住宿環境尚可，主要是晚上很安靜，不像其他沿江的民宿很吵，保證了睡眠💤 早餐味道也還行！ 回去的時候聽説我們是去機場的，還幫忙諮詢打車事宜，這點很不錯👍
