As a foreigner traveling to China, this hotel is comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main attraction & bridge area where is the main center of the attraction. Hotel is a bit dark, not enough lights in hallway or entrances. Overall, it’s comfortable.

I am very pleased that I chose this hotel because it's located at the fringe of Fenghuang Gucheng. It's a short walking distance to the attraction but away from the hustle and bustle of it. The hotel staff are all very friendly helpful, be it the front reception or the housekeepers. The room is well designed and a lot of thoughts have gone into making it comfortable for the guest. The free laundry service where the housekeepers take care of the washing and drying of your clothes free up our time to go sightseeing. On check out day, the front desk helped to book a taxi for me to the train station. The only shortcoming I can think of is breakfast. The food runs out barely an hour into service and is not replenished. There is not many variety but for the price, it is acceptable.

Location is great but it is way too noisy. Also the staff was not really helpful, we asked for help to get a taxi, and were pointed to the street to hail one.
