Hotel is located at the old town area, about 10min walking distance to the river bank. This allows us to sleep peacefully at night as it is away from the river bank area that is full of bars and shops. Room is just average, dated but spacious. Just an overnight stay to enjoy the night scenes of the Fenghuang ancient town is acceptable.

Amazing location, room and everything! Minutes away walking from ancient town, super nice people and beautiful hotel.
Only cons were that scheduling a taxi to the train wasn’t too possible with the desk service so we had to go to look for one in the street, and gym was very cold and not much in it. But nothing major, we would stay there again for sure if we came back.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Firstly, the room was very comfortable and clean. There was a dryer in the room, and they also provided complimentary washing and drying, which was very helpful to us. They even provided complimentary supper!
The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. Hotel's location is excellent as it is very near to the ancient city, and there are many shops and eateries around.
I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are staying in FengHuang.

As a foreigner traveling to China, this hotel is comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main attraction & bridge area where is the main center of the attraction. Hotel is a bit dark, not enough lights in hallway or entrances. Overall, it’s comfortable.

I am very pleased that I chose this hotel because it's located at the fringe of Fenghuang Gucheng. It's a short walking distance to the attraction but away from the hustle and bustle of it.
The hotel staff are all very friendly helpful, be it the front reception or the housekeepers.
The room is well designed and a lot of thoughts have gone into making it comfortable for the guest.
The free laundry service where the housekeepers take care of the washing and drying of your clothes free up our time to go sightseeing.
On check out day, the front desk helped to book a taxi for me to the train station.
The only shortcoming I can think of is breakfast. The food runs out barely an hour into service and is not replenished. There is not many variety but for the price, it is acceptable.

Location is great but it is way too noisy. Also the staff was not really helpful, we asked for help to get a taxi, and were pointed to the street to hail one.
