Spot on location, very close to station and place of intrest. And the service is excellent. Can be reconmended.

Great location very far to visit old town, room very clean and staff very friendly for foreigners.

Very friendly and helpful reception especially the customer relations lady who advised on the sights etc and gave mementos upon checkout! Location is great, few minutes walk to the centre and sights. Room is spacious and clean. Definitely recommended.

I enjoyed my stayed at this exceptional hotel. Everything a 5 star hotel has, this hotel also have such as clean, friendly, lovely amenities, quietness, rich breakfast, lovely ambience, laundry service etc. But what set this hotel apart from even a 5 star hotel are the exceptions. The abilities to go beyond the services provided by a standard hotel. Without the ability to read and write Chinese, they patiently guided me how to get to the hotel from Furong ancient town, brought me to the bus station to get my onward bus ticket to Tongren, personalised laundry service etc. I could go on... All these for one night stay? Impossible for a 200+ rooms famous hotel!! Wish i can give 10 stars. Thank you General Manager Wu Hui. Thank you Deputy GM Long Shengyou and All the wonderful staff at this fabulous hotel. Please allow me to extend another 3 more nights at your lovely hotel.

We stayed at a highly rated hotel we found on Ctrip, just a few minutes’ walk from the ancient town. The shuttle bus stop was right at the hotel entrance, which was super convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, and we even had butler service—the butler was really friendly and polite. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel had everything we needed, like foot massages, a gym, a supermarket, and plenty of parking. The housekeeping staff on our floor were very polite and helpful. Our room was big, clean, and cozy, with super comfy bedding—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The area around the hotel was great, with lots of places to eat and shop. It was only a short walk to the ancient town and Hongqiao Bridge. The walk there was lovely, and the night views were amazing. The whole vibe of the place was so charming we didn’t want to leave. When we checked out, the butler even gave us a little local gift, which was such a nice surprise. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel special. The people in Fenghuang are so kind and genuine. We’ll definitely come back with friends next time. Highly recommend the Xiangxi Grand Hotel!

We chose this hotel after reading many excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed.  This hotel lives up to the excellent reviews they received. This is by far the best hotel room we had stayed for this holiday. We prefer this location which is just outside the ancient town, an easy 5-10 min walk to the main Rainbow Bridge, entrance to ancient town.  The hotel is very clean, very spacious and we love the firm comfortable bed for a quiet good night sleep. Buffett breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel provided us with free pick up and send off services to Railway station. This is a pleasant welcomed surprise, thank you. We commend the front office staff for their friendly and warm services.  Special mention to XiaoLong (小龙) and XiaoDai (小代).  They were very patient in explaining to us the various procedures and assisting us with our train ticket booking when we encountered unexpected issues.  We highly commend their spirit of service.
