房間很乾凈，環境也很好。停車位挺多，五一假期去的，晚上訂的房間都還會有停車位。主要是服務很好，前台和工作人員都很熱情，善於變通，解決問題很迅速。推薦大家訂。

這次的出差非常高興，下榻的酒店非常滿意，前台服務很熱情，有停車場不收費，衞生特別乾淨，服務員很耐心的給我指導去古城遊玩線路，出差這麼多地方是性價比最高的酒店！期待下次再入住，古城夜景很美值得推薦。

早晨8:00不到，敲打聲、電轉聲、電鋸聲不斷，強迫吵醒，電話反映至前台，沒有任何效果，可到9:00多鍾，刺耳噪音停止。就是想讓我們早起，厲害了！

酒店的地理位置不錯，離古城很近，房間很乾凈舒適，應該是去年才裝修好的酒店，工作人員服務態度很好，很有耐心，鳳凰古城的夜景也特別漂亮，值得一去的地方。
