Overall OK. You basically get what you pay for -- very affordable and nicely located in front of the river but dated facilities that would need a good clean and some repairs. But service was nice.

Fenghuang Ancient Town does not allow parking. The location of the B&B is very good. It is just under the Fengqiao. There is a dedicated driver to pick up and drop off the car. You can just leave the car in the temporary parking lot. The room I booked at the beginning is inconvenient for the elderly, so I told the owner I changed the room. It was good. The room was a bit noisy overall, but it was clean and tidy. The room was located on the third floor and the river view was a little depressing. Overall, it was good.

I really don't recommend it. There are a lot of B&Bs along the river in Fenghuang. The facilities here are really hard to describe... The sanitation is also worrying. There is not even hot water for bathing at night. . . It can only be said that Jiangjing is not bad, but the others are really bad. . If there is a chance to go in the future, I will never stay in this homestay
