The hotel location was good with a more quieter environment , much more relaxing. The owner was sweet to give us a free upgrade of room and was very thoughtful with services and local snack - ginger sweet. And even offer to send us to high way station.
Highly recommended for the hotel and the service👍🏻

This hotel is perfect as I thought before. Room is very clean. Breaskfast is delicious. Bed is so comfortable. Walking to the Hongciao bridge (Rainbow bridge - East gate) spends time about 10 minutes. Staff here are really nice and friendly. Nothing to complain.

A bit out of the buzz of activities but makes up by providing shuttle transport to main area. Room is a bit dated. Breakfast is meh.

Hotel was so excellent, clean, comfortable, good location. Staff so helpful, owner was so kind and she take care of my group as well.

The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very helpful and take the time to explain to us how to get around fenghuang town. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and nice.
