The boss was very enthusiastic: he took the initiative to take us to the room, gave us fruits, told us about the scenic spot, and helped us upgrade to a quiet room. I really felt the boss's friendship. The beef noodles for breakfast in the hotel were delicious. I hope the breakfast dishes can be more abundant. This time we had a good experience in Phoenix, mainly because of this hotel.

A family of four traveled and booked two rooms, one of which was a balcony room. First of all, let’s talk about the location. It is in the lower reaches of Tuojiang River, very close to the core area, but not noisy. It is a quiet area in a bustling city. You can also watch Phoenix performances at night. The river view from the balcony is great. The room is also spacious and the hardware is much better than those stilt houses. Secondly, the service, the rice noodles and pancakes for breakfast are very delicious, which is a very good breakfast in a B&B. When I left, I almost couldn’t get a taxi because I didn’t call one in advance. The girl at the front desk and a young man kept helping us contact and solved the problem. It is worth recommending and I will choose it next time.

This time I stayed in a 3-bedroom room with a separate small courtyard and a river view outside. Thank you very much to the staff who received us, from parking to dining outside and asking about attractions. They are very polite and elegant, and they consider everything for us guests. They will try to provide us with the best solution for any problem, which I didn't expect. During my trip, I accidentally got my clothes wet. After the staff learned about it, they quickly helped me dry it and solved my urgent need. This kind of meticulous care really touched me. This stay at Shanshui Lianxin Resort Hotel in Fenghuang Ancient City is an extremely beautiful memory of my trip. It is like a bright pearl, embedded in the beautiful land of Fenghuang Ancient City.
