Beautiful place. The owner is really nice and kind. Helped us to order a birthday cake and gave us fruits and a nice room to celebrate a friend birthday. Breakfast was plentiful and sumptuous. Location is near to road so no issue with our luggage (owner arrange for pick up at station) and yet near to ancient city. Near end to walk where the actions are yet far enough to be away from all the loud noises.

Newly renovated, spacious rooms, meticulous service and attention to all details by the young bosses. Sit by the windows to enjoy views of garden with a cup of coffee. Bosses offer recommendations of restaurants, routes to walk the town, when & where to go for views & pictures etc… breakfast was individually prepared, yogurt sent to our rooms before we go to bed… they added a lamp for me in the garden and a glass of hot water while I was enjoying the chill air and tranquil atmosphere of the garden. Premise is 2 min away from river, conveniently located. Opportunity to put on 苗服 and play with their pets in the premises for free was an exceptional experience. Boss not only navigated for us a more cost and time efficient way to get to the airport, he also help book a cab and sent us off. To be exact, from the moment we arrived at the bridge (cab driver can already tell he was the one coming to pick us from the hostel) till he sent us off, they pay attention to every single detail that they could. Highly recommended hostel, book early to avoid disappointment (limited rooms available). Will definitely visit again

The hotel is exceptional. The rooms are very modern, big and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to everything. Special big thanks to the receptionist that went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was extremely communicative, always provided guidance and suggestions and made us feel like we were at home. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing! I can’t recommend it enough!! We booked this hotel very last minute as our other hotel was full of bugs (Qinglian Riverside Light Luxury Hostel, do not book that one!). The staff here are so welcoming and made us feel like we had been friends for a long time, they gave us recommendations, helped us with everything that we needed, even cleaned our clothes for us! We stayed during the Dragon Boat festival, they gave us Zhongzi and they knew we liked beer so they gave us some to celebrate!!❤️ This hotel also has many cute pets that they let us play with, it was so fun! The location is also very convenient and the breakfast was sooo delicious! I still dream about the breakfast there :,) Please if you want to stay in 凤凰古城 stay at this hotel!!!!! It feels very personal and you will feel like family ❤️❤️

Simple but nice hotel. Owner speaks English very well and he is very helpful. Didn’t like that there is no separation between the toilet and the shower and that the lobby and breakfast area is very hot.

Booked this for my parents, a resting place in Fenghuang Ancient Town during their trip to Xiangxi. I contacted the hotel in advance and they arranged the pick-up from the high-speed railway station very considerately.
