Phoenix Yinyue River View Homestay (Phoenix Ancient City Branch)

Great customer service. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. The host was also very nice he helped a lot. Definitely recommend this stay!!!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was supportive and, on top of suggesting local attractions and restaurants, helped us to book a taxi in the early morning since the local driving app is not working in Fenghuang

I had a wonderful time exploring the Ancient Town from this Homestay. As I had a large suitcase with me, I contacted the Innkeeper beforehand, and he arranged for a driver to pick me up from the train station (and to drop me off for the return trip). He provided all information about the car and the driver, so that I was absolutely sure about where to go. He also came to the parking lot to pick me up and helped my luggage. He offered to recommend places and shows, but I was happy to just wonder around and to drink to much Milk Tea. The view from the balcony is delightful. While booking I did not check what kind of toilet I would get. I was fine with a squatting toilet for a night, but I am sure he would have helped me, if I needed to change the room because of this.

Right by the river in the ancient city area, the view is spectacular! A bit noisy from all the bars and people walking around, but after 11:30pm the music stops and it gets quieter.

The location and price are exceptional. Right on the waterfront overlooking the river in the center of the old town. The rooms are modern and have been recently renovated, everything was clean. We had an amazing stay!

The hotel is right inside the old town where it can't be accessed by car.vwe have to walk about 10 mins from the public road. However the location is superb to enjoy the old town and surroundings. Amenities are very good and have everything that we need and comfort. . We are happy with our stay and the owner is super helpful.
