Fenghuang Yunlu Scenic Hotel (Fenghuang Ancient City)

This stay was fantastic! The front desk lady checked me in very quickly and patiently introduced nearby tourist routes. The room was very clean, the sheets were all new, and it was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had hot water with good water pressure, and the toiletries were very fresh.

The room was large and clean, with fairly new decor. When you take the high-speed rail to Fenghuang, the owner will pick you up at the shuttle bus station at Qifeng Square. The hotel is located outside the ancient city, so buses can arrive directly, and you don't have to drag your luggage around. Just across the street from the hotel is the Tuojiang River, making it convenient for exploring the ancient city. At night, you can sit by the window and watch the lights and listen to music. There's also a rooftop terrace, but it's a bit hot and there are mosquitoes, so the room is still comfortable. The owner was also very welcoming. Once you've arrived at the hotel and checked in, he'll give you a detailed introduction to the ancient city's architecture and facilities. The downside is that the roadside can be a bit noisy. While it's not the deafening music you'd hear in the ancient city, drivers here like to honk their horns. You'll need earplugs to sleep.

It's easy to find a location, no need to worry about parking. The room facilities are very new and clean, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, and I slept very well at night. You can see the beautiful river view when you open the window. The service is very considerate and introduced nearby attractions and delicious places. I highly recommend it!
