The best hotel of my trip to China! Clean, affordable, and the two ladies at the check-in counter were always in a good mood! I've rarely met such nice people. The entrance is a bit hidden. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the accommodation. But the view from the balcony is all the more impressive! I highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, to enter you have to go through a restaurant.
The room is right by the river which means beautiful view especially at night but also a lot of noise from the people visiting the city especially at night.
If you need a quiet stay is better another room.

This hotel is besides the river but have to go through steps and narrow uneven stone lanes to get there so if there are big luggage, won't be easy at all, also will likely need assistance from the hotel to find it too as it is behind a restaurant.
However the operators are very helpful and caring.
They even gave me some small treats as parting gifts

The staff greet us at Hongqiao and bring us to the hotel. She even helped us to get a taxi on our check out day to the train station. Hotel located very near Hongqiao and is walkable to the whole of the ancient town. Comfortable bed and room is just right a right size. Excellent service and definitely recommended.

Very comfortable. A short walk from the entrance. Call the hotel they will pick you from entrance of the town where taxi drop off and walked with you to the hotel (about 7min). Beautiful river facing from room. The noises and music from down stairs F&B ends 1130pm. If you prefer quiet place, stay away from river front. I enjoyed the stay

This place is actually nice, very clean and inside everything is modern and quite new.
No English at all whatsoever, but staff is highly careful and helpful via wechat translations.
The location is really great, just right in the scenic area. The view from the room is wow. After a day exploring the city grab a bottle of something from the convenience store and enjoy it on the balcony (very few restaurants have red wine, the bars are just a few and the prices for drinks if you are not a beer person are extremely overpriced).
In the evening it is quite noisy from the bars around but around 22:30-23:00 it will get quiet. Also city lights are turned off after midnight. You’ll sleep well.
Ask taxi to stop at the Hongqiao gate, then there are few minutes walk. In the scenic area no cars are allowed, streets are paved with rough stones so dragging a heavy luggage can be sketchy. There is no lift, so you’ll do your workout for the day.
The old city is nice exploring on foot, so a full day is to be spent here to enjoy everything. Recommend also the Phoenix park nearby the Tourist Center (it’s also the hotel with the same name).

Location is very near Hong Bridge, better let them pick you up when you arrive at the Bridge as it gets confusing to look for the place. Room is clean and the front desk is very accommodating.

Love it!♥️😁 Best hotel in Fenghuang. After staying here we would love to come back. The room is comfy and the view is fantastic, right opposite the pier where we would later took on the night boat cruise. The staff are very friendly - helping us with directions, tixkets, taxi, and luggage. When we were here, we could see people practicing for the dragon boat race festival which will be on May 31st. The atmosphere around the hotel is superb. The darker it gets, the more beautiful and colder the city becomes👏🌈🎑overall we would recommend this place for everyone who would love to come to Fenghuang. Last but not least, thank you for the ginger candies souvenirs! 😍
