The room was pretty good, the view it's not a big deal but you can see the river and one bridge, the service was pretty good, she helped me a lot with transport and even ordering some food, on the other hand, the breakfast could be way better, common noodle soup and that's it. Overall we enjoyed the place because it's clean and comfy, the location is perfect, away from the crowded ancient town but you can walk 15min to get there.

Very happy experience with the stay. XiaoHong was very helpful with great service that included pickup and drop off from Train Station and providing excellent walking directions to the various main attractions. Nice local breakfast. Highly recommended!

位置在古城沱江邊上，老闆熱情，升級套房江景房，步行到古城中心10幾分鐘，早餐簡單但是味道很好，特色米線管飽。老闆還送兩盒手工糖伴手禮。

實話實説，不太滿意的酒店
優點：服務還算過得去，有早餐，米粉好吃，由於餐廳坐不下幫忙送到房間，可以在陽台吃。有推薦行程，推薦的鳳凰樣子表演還不錯，代買鳳凰樣子的票比攜程便宜。幫忙搬最大的行李，但也是由於酒店沒有電梯。由於不在古城，好處就是車可以到酒店門口。離店還給了兩盒當地特產。提前辦理入住並延遲退房了。
缺點：酒店真是一言難盡，根本不在鳳凰古城核心區附近，在鳳凰城的上游，走到核心區最靠近酒店的南華橋邊界還有1公里左右，白天本來想着在古城走走，但一看這個距離，加上房間是3樓沒電梯，就在房間養精蓄鋭到下午一次性出去了，走到鳳凰樣子看錶演基本就是從地圖的最西北走到最東南。本來想着訂個陽台房看夜景，結果這個區域對面一片仍在開發中，完全不是亮燈的古城，是建設中的酒店。晚上逛完了，已經1點，鳳凰古城的打車基本是打不到的，而酒店這個距離，真的很難再走回去，酒店也派不了車，半夜三更，好在玩蠟染的老闆給了個約車司機電話，才叫了車回酒店，第二天也是叫這個司機送站的，完全打不到車。回到房間已經凌晨1點半了，發現房間門無法反鎖，陽台門關不上（第二天服務員姐姐很用力推上可以卡住，但半夜三更我們不可能這樣關門），非常沒有安全感，衹能開燈睡覺。
