The hotel has complete facilities, including a laundry room, gym, and swimming pool. Huahua and Mingming are very nice and the service attitude is very satisfactory. The Wyndham brand is trustworthy. I give Huahua and Mingming a thumbs up.

This stay was fantastic, and I absolutely have to give this hotel a thumbs-up! As soon as I entered the lobby, the elegant decor gave me a very comfortable feeling. The room was clean and tidy, with no odors. The bed was soft, the quilt fluffy, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, along with all the necessary toiletries. Every detail was meticulously thought out. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can easily get a taxi without leaving the house, and the Old Town isn't far away. The breakfast was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and the durian kiwi rolls at breakfast were especially delicious. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room was new and clean. We were given an upgrade and free breakfast. They also provided souvenirs and fruit in the evening. The staff was very welcoming, especially Wu Yanqin, the tourism manager. Seeing we had so much luggage, she helped with our luggage and gave us pointers on nearby tourist attractions. The breakfast was also quite good. The only downside might be the laundry room, which was often busy and other guests didn't remove their laundry quickly enough, causing us to have to wait.

It is a 2-meter bed and a 1.5-meter bed. It is very suitable for a family to go out for fun. The mattress is very comfortable. It is specially customized for the Wyndham Hotel, and it is equipped with latex pillows and buckwheat pillows. It is still very good for family travel or business trips. Recommended to everyone. Because there are not many tourists, the hotel staff also took the time to recommend me the local travel guide, which really saved a lot of worry. Last time, I hurried to see the night view and left, or walked there. The county town was too congested. I didn’t expect that there were several parking lots around the ancient city, which was not as inconvenient as May Day. This time I deeply experienced the charm of the border town of Fenghuang Ancient City. After May Day, the ancient city of Fenghuang has lost its festive hustle and bustle, and is filled with a slow pace of life and tranquility. I still recommend that you try to avoid the peak of holidays, as the experience is indeed completely different.

For quietness, I specifically looked for a place far from the ancient city, but I never expected it to be so close to the elevated road and the road. Fortunately, the windows are relatively soundproof. The room is not big, but it is OK overall. However, the breakfast in this hotel should be a temporary place. Overall, it can only be said to be OK...
