Location-wise, it was great, just outside Fenghuang Ancient City. The room was clean and spacious, making my stay satisfactory. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Very functional & comfortable family room. Hotel n room also very clean. I liked the most was the room had 2 sinks outside and a big sized auto toilet & shower (see pic). So, 3 persons can use at same time. The best bathroom design & functionality in all the 7 hotels we had stayed during this trip. Only issue is the breakfast spread, it was very limited and same food for the 2 days we took breakfast there.
The hotel is within walking distance to the border of the ancient town and beside it was a shopping centre. So it was convenient. Overall a very good stay indeed!

Very good location, 10 min walk from the river and all attractions. Very spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom also very big and has a smart toilet. The room was clean and we had a nice time.
On the floor outside the rooms there was an old and quite dusty carpet, which is not great. The breakfast buffet is only Chinese. Reception staff speaks no English and is not very proactive, did not give us any information or tips about the town at all.
The room can get quite noisy in the morning as the walls are very thin and you hear guests in the nearby rooms too. Finally, in trip.com check out time was before 14:00, yet at 13:40 the staff came to our room to ask to leave already - sure it is only 20 minutes but it did make a difference in our schedule.

Room is nice and spacious. We are pleasantly surprised with the late check out. Modern toilet with warm seat. Breakfast is simple food. Next door to KFC and shuttle station, an easy walk to the ancient town.

Front desk told us they booked us a car to pick us up from the railway station but in fact they never did and we had to wait 30 mins for a car to come. All the loud aunties and uncles are so annoying and the rooms are not sound proof. It’s a non smoking hotel yet everyone there smokes and doesn’t get told off. The rooms does not make sense at all and isn’t made for customers, toilet paper is not close to toilet, no place to put clothes when you shower? The light system is so confusing. Breakfast is almost non existent. Never stay here.

Hardware don’t seem like it will last long. Shower didn’t have any place to put our own shampoos n body wash which was inconvenient. Room at the roadside was noisy at night and early morning. Location is ok. Near ancient town and restaurants near by.
