Lotus Cymbidium Sinense Zen Art River View Hotel

The whole family love this hotel, it's located at the quiet end of the town with beautiful river view, we slept well at night with minimal noise. our hotel manager Yanzi was very friendly and organised free pick up and drop off transportation for us to town. The hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of food selections. We will love to stay longer in the future. 5+ stars for this hotel.

Great place to stay at Feng Huang. Very Zen and Muji style. Rooms are clean and new. The hotel staffs provide free transport to the tourist attractions and to the train station. Breakfast selection is good as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. Room is new, modern, clean, v zen, Muji-like. We totally loved it. The manager 燕子 was friendly, helpful & and threw in breakfast for good measure. The town is quaint and location of the hotel is excellent - it made for a lovely evening walk down the river. View of the river from our hotel room was beautiful.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We were super impressed by the enthusiasm of the staffs’ willingness to serve ! A big shout out to the manager Yen Zi (管家燕子）! Hotel was new and the decor was of zen style with soothing colors . The non smoking room we stayed was spacious with fantastic River view. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer provided was of a famous brand. We truly enjoyed the breakfast! Wide selection of local dishes and the coffee was from coffee machine with fresh beans, a rare find in locally run hotel in China. The hotel also provided shuttle service to Hong Qiau where the busiest streets of the Old Town were located! We felt like VIPs being chauffeured around ! All in all it was a stay that exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely like to come back again!

The hotel was very nice and new. It is situated in the calmer area of Fenghuang but not too far away from the center to be able to walk. The room was beautiful directly at the river. The service was outstanding. Especially Tian's effort has to be highlighted. He did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks again. A clear recommendation for everyone!

It is a very nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful location. The room is well equipped and the hot shower has very good water pressure.
