The room was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very hot, and the service of the lady at the front desk was also very good! It is also close to Fenghuang Ancient Town and only takes a few minutes to walk there.

Facilities: The projector cannot be used. I called the front desk and said F+ F- but it still didn’t work. I stayed with my children and the children went to bed too late. I discussed with the front desk about a late check-out. I said I would try to check out on time at 12 o’clock. The water supply would be cut off after 11 o’clock. We only had specially boiled water. It was 38 degrees on a hot day. I couldn't wash up in the morning. I couldn't wash my face or hair or take a shower. The front desk said they were repairing it. I waited for half an hour and called again to say the water was out. I don't know why. When the water came, I was really speechless. I left before the water came at 12.30...
Hygiene: Average. Very humid, not too bad. For me, I am satisfied if there are no bugs in the place where I live.
