This is the most hospitable place I have stayed in China. We got to the homestay a day late, but the owner still let us stay here without extra charges. She even brought us to the bus stop where we could take the bus to the train station, helping us get our luggage up the stairs. The place is very well-kept and the toilet is very clean. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly kind and thoughtful owner. She personally picked us up at the 南华里服务中心 and even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. Her warm gestures, including the free and welcome gifts provided for guests, made our experience even more special. On the day of check-out, she went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. It was truly heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Fenghuang Ancient Town!

We had a great stay in Fenghuang. Room was super quiet, comfy bedding and nice courtyard view. Perfectly situated in the old town to stroll at night in the beautiful lights. Owner is really nice and welcoming !

A very comfortable B&B, very clean, no noise at night, the lady boss is super nice, provides pick-up service, and also provides fruits and meals! I gave away clothes for travel photography. I feel that staying at his house is the right choice for me to come to Fenghuang Ancient Town. It is very safe and warm.

Beautiful room with large bathroom, very well located. The heating and hot water work very well. There is tea, coffee and sweets available for self-service. The owner gave us a lot of information upon our arrival which is very useful, especially if you are not Chinese, because she sends us a message with all the locations of the places to visit with their names in Chinese and Western script. Excellent value for money, we highly recommend it.
