It was a very satisfying stay. The location was easy to find. The front desk guy was friendly and the hygiene was good. It was very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. I often suffer from insomnia and slept until dawn. I will choose this place next time I come to Phoenix.

There was a power outage at around 2 a.m. when we checked in. The air conditioner and elevator couldn't be turned on, and there was no breakfast. Never had such a bad travel experience!

The room was big and very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, has a large parking lot, and is convenient for travel. The hotel provides breakfast, which basically meets your energy needs for the morning. The front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful.
