我們住的特價房，所以比較差吧，不過廁所是蹲廁比較好，本人不喜歡坐廁。有小孩挑剔的就不太建議，小孩一直嘮叨。我看了一下其他房，就我們的最差因為特價。

沒有電梯，房間空調效果不太好，🛏️也比較硬最有趣的是吹風機，不噴風噴火星🤐説到好的一點，大概就是位置遠離中心地帶，晚上不咋吵，旁邊那家粉店味道也還行，貌似磁懸浮有個站也在旁邊説是打掃好的乾淨房結果壓根沒進行退房衞生打掃，上一個退房時是什麼樣，我辦理好入住進房間就是啥樣［辦理入住時間已過2點，不存在是我提前入住，且給房卡的時候説是做好衞生了的乾淨房］

房間很乾凈很簡潔看着很舒服，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情好客，考慮到我們一家有老有小不方便給我們免費升級了房間，我們是開車自駕遊的，住的地方對面就是一個很大的停車場還是挺方便的，樓下就是公交車站，民宿離古鎮還是比較近10分鐘不到就可以過去，住宿的樓上可以洗衣做飯很方便，還有一個大露台可以晾曬衣服，晚上就在樓上還可以看到部分夜景不錯的，住宿的前面幾分鐘過去有很多用餐的地方還是挺方便的，一家人玩得很開心，走的時候老闆還幫忙提行李箱，總體來説還是很不錯的

就是房間床墊太薄了，有點硬，
店離磁懸浮列車近，但離虹橋遠
但是鳳凰古城不推薦來，沒有意思，破舊，古城裡的配套服務都沒有跟上

房間很小，沒有説的15平米-25平米，衞生差，環境糟糕，房間異味很重（屎臭屎臭的），沒有任何洗漱用品，我問前台説不提供，我説我們不是團隊，前台人員告知也都要自己買。

設施相對簡單，但是體驗相當不錯，老闆很熱情，3樓以上窗户一關幾乎沒什麼噪音，長者家都能睡的那種。服務態度比起某些店大欺客的那種店，簡直就是天使！！看見我們有長者就幫忙換光線好的房，打了電話就帶找停車場，老闆會給我們出停車場的錢，換房以後因為房價與預訂計劃不一樣，我們用換房的錢交換了停車費，也就是換房不加錢，我們自己出停車費，這麼一套算下來反而省了20+塊錢。可以説作為一個“民宿改裝”類型的酒店真的超級良心。
短途遊的可以放心訂，本人敏感皮膚親測不癢。選3-4樓更好。記得帶好自己的個人洗漱用品，酒店不提供一次性用品（聽説他們那裡提供一次性用品是違規的，工商會處罰）。追求四五星級完美酒店服務的朋友就慎拍吧，直接去找那種1000+塊錢的大酒店可能更適合你。199塊錢出這個效果還是很值的。
