選址堪稱神來之筆，依山而建被森林環抱，步行5分鐘就能觸達古城邊緣，既避開了青石板路的喧囂，又能隨時投身吊腳樓與沱江的風情裏。從房間露台眺望，青山疊翠間能瞥見古城的青瓦屋檐，夜晚則能看見沱江兩岸的燈火倒映在水面，靜謐與璀璨在此完美交融。自駕有免費停車場和充電樁，高鐵出行也能享受定點接送服務，拖着行李也不用費心折騰。

六大一小一家人一起過來的，都對服務很滿意。定的三居室的別墅，是獨棟，整體來説很安靜，山景也很舒服。就是這個推拉門窗，要注意夾手。服務人員都非常好，接駁車來回好幾次送送東西接人，沒有一絲不耐煩，每次都很熱情，服務周到。晚上還有篝火晚會燒烤

酒店在山上，有小路可以走到古城，酒店環境很乾凈，設施很新，服務人員很有禮貌，酒店的温泉很大，泡池很多，也能看見古城的風景非常漂亮。酒店裡還有各種各樣的小蛋糕還很便宜。在我們退房的時候還送給我們了個小玩具，酒店還舉辦了好多小遊戲有套圈遊戲、有尋寶藏遊戲…

酒店硬件一般，軟件服務才是可笑的地方，入住當天一進房間裏面上一位客人留下的的殘渣，長頭髮，死掉的蒼蠅就躺在地上，地都沒掃更別説拖地了。 更好笑的是第二天早上7點離開房間，晚上九點回去後發現房間竟然都沒有打掃過！ 打電話給客服中心第一句話不是不好意思，而是你有告訴我們要打掃麼？？這些年便宜的貴的酒店都住過，第一次聽説要主動告知才打掃衞生的！ 説沒有經過同意不敢進房間，那果盤是自己飛進房間的？ 有空送果盤沒空打掃房間？ 不打掃衞生，毛巾 飲用水這些備品不用補？ 晚上打電話投訴後至今沒接到任何酒店管理人員回訪。 從以上方面可以看出作為一家五星酒店管理層不作為，基層服務人員沒有工作標準，對於顧客的體驗的漠不關心，也許這種酒店就是一次生意，也沒準備讓你二次入住。 這個價位不如去住江邊民宿了，反正都沒什麼服務，起碼還有風景可以看。希望這次入住體驗可以幫助大家減少踩坑，不會被一家這麼不專業的酒店影響出門玩的心情。

嚴重、嚴重、嚴重安全隱患，服務差，房間有隱形門檻，沒有任何標識，酒店經理架子超離譜，太高姿態了，摔傷流血要經理來確認安全隱患點，回覆沒有時間，3個小時沒有人確認處理，最後也沒有任何處理結果。

前台服務很高效：入住的時候房間沒有出來，前台還是比較快催出房間休息了；客房阿姨很熱情：浴缸套、拖鞋和空調問題的響應速度很快；早餐人流很合適，味道很好；泳池超棒！！！接送高鐵站的效率高，怒贊！！！以及酒店下山的小路超級方便，走下去經過沈從文墓就到了沱江，下次來鳳凰還會住～
幾個建議：5015的落地窗玻璃碎了；高鐵去酒店的接駁需求其實也很大，非自駕交通不太方便；酒店外立面/陽台灰塵和污垢很明顯，看起來會顯得舊舊的。

暑期帶孩子到鳳凰古城遊玩，住在這家酒店，有恆温無邊泳池，居山景房性價比炒雞高，主要是服務態度真的超好呀！隨便走到哪都會有人面帶微笑來詢問服務。導航直接到停車場很方便，下車就有服務員小哥哥來接車，酒店很新很大，離古城有條小路過去，走路十分鐘就到了。無邊湯池，葯池，還有山上的隨便選，孩子相當開心，帶娃超級省心哦。體驗感棒棒噠！
