The hotel location is very good. Riverside but far from the noisy pub and bar in center of the town but can walk to central of loudness in 5-10min.
All staff here are so nice. They provide a pick up and drop off service. And very easy to contact with via wechat.
Rooms are new nice clean well decorated and can look over to see the river.
Several beakfast shops are close to hotel like 1-2min.

Reserve a room for 3 people and 2 people. The room is very beautiful. There is a heater. The room is next to the water and has a living area. On the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. But the owner of the service carried the luggage and picked up the taxi and on the way back sent a taxi to the BTS station.

It was my first time to visit Fenghuang Ancient City and I found the hotel with the best scenery in the entire ancient city. The field of view is 180 degrees with no blind spots, and the entire ancient city can be seen. There is also a very large balcony with tatami mats outside the balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while drinking tea. The room is also clean and tidy, and the most important thing is the sound insulation, which is really good. When you open the balcony door, you can clearly hear the singing from the bar opposite. Facilities: Maybe it is limited by the special environment on the mountain. The overall facilities are not very good, but the air conditioning is still good. The shower water is too small. The curtains are recommended to block more light;

The B&B is a riverside house with a beautiful view. The owner is warm and hospitable. He is a local. He knows the history and culture of the ancient city, the humanities and history of Fenghuang Ancient City, the people and people, and the rich folklore. It’s definitely not just a place for internet celebrities to take photos and check in. The boss introduced us efficiently and it was a worthwhile trip. It's a great experience to take your family to live by the river to enjoy the beautiful scenery and drink tea. The environment is also clean and the facilities are new. The room is very spacious, with a great river view. The floor-to-ceiling glass is well soundproofed so you won't be disturbed by the sound of the river. The air conditioning and other equipment are very smart. The central air conditioning runs very fast and cools you down quickly without making much noise. You can take the room card with you when you leave the room and leave the power card inside so you can still feel cool when you come back. The hotel staff are very nice and the breakfast is delicious.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Fenghuang was excellent! We were both American tourists that speak minimal Mandarin, and the owners were very patient in communicating with us. The owners were overall extremely kind, and they even upgraded our room for free. They also even walked us to the bus station when we left. The room was very clean and it was a great deal at its price. It was a perfect stay, and I would recommend anyone to stay here as well.

It was already after 7pm when we arrived, and it was raining heavily, but two people from the store still came to pick us up. They also took the initiative to introduce the folk customs and geographical features of the ancient city along the way. Warmth and touching are the wonderful memories left to me by the store. impression. In the early morning, looking out from the balcony of the room, I seemed to see the extremely beautiful scenery of ”Waiting for a City of Misty Rain”. It is said that this city has long lost its original charm, but the charm is ultimately accumulated by history and nourished by humanities. If you expect too much, you may be disappointed. But if you are indifferent, calm down and lower yourself, maybe it can give you back the ”love of a lifetime” that will be engraved in your memories after this brief encounter. AAlejandro Ch.This boutique hotel is run by really nice and helpful people. We arrived around 9:00pm to the high speed railway station and there were no taxis or Didi available. We took the direct bus from the station to Qifeng Square which was a 7min walk from Hongqiao bridge and they went to pick us up to Qifeng square to help with our luggage (by foot of course, it’s basically a pedestrian area) ☺️. They were also kind enough to drop us off again to Qifeng square and helped with the bus tickets. Awesome customer service.
The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything, the balcony was a highlight. Maybe cleanliness could be improved, and some things like the bathroom carpet should be replaced. But that’s it.
Oh, there’s also this thing: while Fenghuang town is beautiful at night, it’s basically a party town when the sun sets. There’s a bar opposite to the hotel as other comments point out, but that’s not the only bar in the area. Wherever you walk along the river you will find a bar blasting music. Such a beautiful town ruined at night by bad local government regulations. If you like to sleep before 11:30pm (when music stops), maybe stay somewhere far away from the river. If sleeping late is okay for you, then this hotel works perfectly for the night.

The room was very spacious for 3 people.
The bed was comfortable.
They have proper amenities available.
The toilet was very big.
The location of the hotel was very convenient and it is walking distance to all the main attractions. It was a plus point as we were travelling with elderly people.
The hotel staffs were very helpful and approachable, they provided us the digital map and gave us guidance on how to walk around the ancient town. They also offered better ticket pricings for the different attractions that was available.
They came to fetch us when we arrived at the Nan Hua Men. They also arranged transport for us to the railway station as we were a group of 6.
Only downside was the noise from the vehicles in the eating street in front of the hotel, and some tour groups start their tour as early as 7am in the morning, as they walk by along the TuoJiang river. However, that was not an issue for us. We woke up early to sit at the balcony and have our morning coffee while watching people passing by.

The B&B has an elevator, which is very convenient for picking up luggage. My parents were very happy to see the beautiful Fenghuang River view. The balcony is very spacious, with a hammock, coffee table and a chair. The scenery is very nice. The boss has a very nice family. My dad’s legs and feet are not very convenient, so the boss helped to carry it. They are very kind and enthusiastic people. The ancient city of Fenghuang is very beautiful. When I was a child, I was fascinated by the weather broadcast on Hunan TV. Especially the night view of Fenghuang is well-deserved. We walked around twice during the day and at night. They were both beautiful. We also took photos of the Miao ethnic minority and ate shrimp cakes. And Cuicui Miao Cake, mom and dad are very happy~

GGuest UserThe hotel has very convenient transportation. You can take the shuttle bus from the Maglev Station to the hotel entrance. The hotel is located next to Fenghuang Ancient City. The room is not big and the bathroom is very clean, but the facilities are a bit old. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic, upgraded the room for free, and gave us ginger candies before leaving, which was very heartwarming.
Breakfast is relatively simple, but filling.

Hostel location on the map is wrong. The hostel is on the left side of Snow Bridge if you are facing Tuo Jiang River. Hostel location is not beside Feng Huang 1st Bridge.
When reach carpark, our car cannot enter due to carpark full. The owner came to the main road to help us carry our luggage to the hostel. Same thing when we go back time, the owner helps us to bring the language to the carpark. Free transport provided to and from high-speed rail station.
Our balcony is facing the Tuo Jiang River with a view of the ancient city and the scenery at night is very beautiful with the Snow Bridge fully light up. A good, beautiful view of the Snow Bridge and surrounding area.
We book Family Suite - 2-Room, River-View (Balcony), a clean and very spacious room and with a great view. The location is convenient, and the housekeeping is good.
There are many music bars below the hostel and along the river, but all music stops at 11 pm, is a good initiative.
Hostel location is near to popular attractions, such as Hongqiao, Tuo Jiang Rock Jumping, Travel Photography Shop just below the hostel.
I am fully satisfied with my stay in the hostel.
